Ok so I'm finally beginning to post more frequently and gain my bearings in the blogging world. This is for a portfolio series I'm starting based on chess pieces. Started with a more proportionate sketch and became more stylized as I went along and forced it into a more graphic nature. You can see my trial and error with shapes and such from top to bottom with my (for now) end result which is thus far lacking detail...and a body. haha
